Great product. Seems legit. Reasonably priced as well. You never know if these things really work, or if their use, and effectiveness, is psychosomatic.

A little more caffeine in the mocha. Gu is the thickest i've tried. More taste than gu, and a lot more smooth.

We use the product to keep us moving after an hour of effort every 4 miles thereafter

As for the product it seems legit

It had a little caffeine in it also and the packet is nice that the top stays with the pack after opening

This citrus clif shot is roughly half the cost
