Pros

These are almost like homemade, they're high in protein and in fibre. The banana flavour isn't very dull, and is a noticeable/distinct flavour. This cliff bar has a lighter taste that comes across as fresh and moist.

This is a great snack when you need carbs right away, followed by protein. I buy them in 12 packs because the kids eat those a lot and they are pretty pricey at the store around here. Easy to pack along for a quick snack.

Cons

The ingredient label that is listed is wrong. They are incredibly salty to the point that they are totally un-edible.
