Pros
These are almost like homemade, they're high in protein and in fibre. This cliff bar has a lighter taste that comes across as fresh and moist. The banana flavour isn't very dull, and is a noticeable/distinct flavour.
Cons
The only ingredient part which /might/ have caffeine is the chocolate. This last batch seems to have slipped through whatever shoddy quality control practices this company has. They are incredibly salty to the point that they are totally un-edible.
