Pros
It is compact and perfect for small spaces. Ok yes it has to be near an outlet. Reasonably priced for people with reasonable, realistic expectations. You may want to consider the placement in your home and/or when you turn it on.
The only real issue i have with this is that if you don’t pull the seedlings that didn't make it, then you will have white mold on your pods. The yield from 1 basil pod seems to be pretty ok. The photo is about 8 days into planting 2 basil pods.
Basil is easy and quick to germinate. Always start early spring and end fall. All are basil and i expect to be making pesto soon!
Cons
Pods are dry. Didn't they think to check the garden before they offered replacement pods? I’m not here looking for a refund or replacement, i honestly don’t know if it happened by way of my oversight or as a result of defective product.
The plants are expected to sprout with one to two weeks, three weeks at the most. I am at $60 in plant pots and not one has produced anything edible. Aero garden is probably a better option.
The three tiny leds drive leggy sparse growth reaching for them. The plant grow tall, spindly, and weak, then get killed by mold growing up from the soggy soil at the bottom.

The click and grow smart garden is very easy to setup and has fairly minimal upkeep
In order to adjust it you have to unplug and replug at the time you want it to turn on
Bought it for my boyfriend he always buys the planted herbs at walmart in hopes to keep them alive and always failed
Price
Definitely worth the money especially if youre always killing the herb plants from the grocery store
The pods are a bit expensive though i do wait for sales online so on average ive paid 2 pod
Its a bit pricey but it grows a good amount of food in a very small space
Shipping
I was surprised at how quickly the basil sprouted and i’m looking forward to my next “crop” when i decide what that will be

It took me a month to open the box because i had to think about where to put it
