Pros
The gauges are perfect for my martin acoustic. I play this through a fishman sa-220 tower which i've been plenty happy with. I often play outdoors in a hot and humid setting and these are the best.
They have a much nicer tone than elixir in my opinion, especially on the low e string. They last a lot longer than elixirs, at least for my somewhat aggressive flatpicking style, which can be hard on the coatings. On par or better than any other coate... Read More
They produce as billed, a bright, loud and clear tone. They seem to keep their resonant sound much longer than other brands. They stay in tune and i have yet had one brake on me while playing.
They really hold up well and truly sound like uncoated strings. Not overly bright or brittle. Last longer and no flaking.
They're extra lights. They kill the squeak but also some brightness. Clean balanced natural tone.
Cons
Ball end restraining wrapping is so long on the wound strings that it sits on the top of the saddle or too close to the saddle. Great resonance and tone, but after only a few hours of playing the strings were completely dead and dull.

As far as quality goes though these are top notch strings
Really great quality here definitely gonna get some more for all my acoustics as well as grab some of cleartones electric sets
I had flaky issues with the brand that taylor recommends and switch to these about 10 yrs ago
That being said i have a yamaha fgx04 ltd acousticelectric with the stock pick up replaced with a fishman matrix pickup

5 times the price of my old brand
