Good for your skin its a good quality soap
I feel that that natures plus vit e soap lathers and lasts much better and personally i feel my skin is clearer and smoother since switching back to that
I just have to scrub a lot in order for it to make any bubbles
It doesnt feel like it stays in your skin but love the vitamin e it smells nice enough
