Pros & Cons
Pros
Clearly adjustable heel lifts are cheaper than orthotic inserts. They are simpler and easier to use. They form a natural heel cup.
Nicely packaged product. Not going to smash down like the other ones eventually do. This system also saves money.
Each layer is so flexible that i was able to put them down one at a time starting with the smallest layer, individually molding them to the shoe's heel cup. The nice thing about them is they don't compress like rubber or other material.
The heal lifts work very well. These lifts stay in place better than others because of the graduated levels. The lift shows no sign of wear.
Cons
The heel lift is also too hard for my taste if placed underneath the insole. And it is totally firm, no cushioning or flex.

Lots of people do not understand that heel lifts such as these are medical devices to make a shorter leg longer to prevent backhip and other pains from unequal length legs
