Upon arrival my hotel room was extremely warm but i attributed it to the fact that it was facing west the curtains were open and it was late afternoon

The staff reset the ac and gave me a fan

I also fault the maintenance staff who didnt seem to verify that the ac was working before saying that it was fixed and leaving for the day
