A spray up my nose helps with that irritating mucous-y feeling after a walk during pollen season. This stuff is amazing at sanitizing and helps me manage my eczema, no flare ups!
Smells a tiny bit like diluted bleach when sprayed but it's nothing overbearing or offensive.

The eye doctor sold me something like this but for like 5x the price of course and i spray my hands before i put the contacts in and out after washing
