Mud swallows, starlings, crows, and just about every other bird species you can think of. The doves looove it. Have been waging a many years long war against magpies drilling holes in my roof during spring and fall seasons.

Seller claims it is non-audible to humans. It is extremely difficult to insert the batteries. Flickers are smart and tenacious and this device was no match for them.
