Pros
The cleanblend has a dial to slowly adjust the speed and a * button. On/off switch is high-speed, not variable like it is on the vitamix, so if you want to start slow you have to use the main on-off switch.

Low profile beats our other larger blenders that nicked the door. The container has sturdy metal components on the bottom and the plastic part is pretty lightweight. Size is perfect for 2-3 people and fits under my kitchen cupboard.
It blends just about anything you put in here. The low profile makes the blending work a lot easier. I wish the pour spout weren't so wide, but otherwise no complaints.
While louder than a cheap blender, it isn’t as distractingly loud. It is a fair constant low sound, instead of the modulating high pitched whine. It’s a little louder than my last blender, but this one works so much better!
Cons
This is super frustrating, no one wants to spend their hard earned money on a product that doesn't last. Don’t buy it. I hope cleanblend lets me return this product.

Additionally with their outstanding customer service and replacement at their cost is well worth giving them a try
Comparable to the small canister vitamix but less than half the cost definitely recommend
My one complaint is that the price went down 20 in the 2 weeks since i bought it
Competitiveness
I originally bought a vitamix and had buyers remorse so i returned it and got this one for half the price
We owned a vitamix for many years that finally aged out
I tried making nut butter with 64oz jars but it was not totally up to the task
Certainly cheaper than a vitamix while still built like a tank
