Pros
Bought two for myself and one for my friend battling with cancer. This blender delivers.
It blend the fibers of the kale that i put in it right down (not stringy at all) it makes the smoothest smoothies regardless of what you stick inside. Best blender for smoothie at affordable price.
Customer service is top notch. They seem to care too as they genuinely want to help. I seldom submit reviews, however found it important to report our experience in this case.
It seems very rugged and very powerful 3hp motor. There are also two additional blades which likely add to the machine's efficiency. It handles it all really well and really quick.
It vibrate a lot more than usual. It is a lot noisier than when i bought it. Very quiet and doesn't hesitate with frozen items.
Cons
It keeps shutting off while blending. This happens even when i am blending soft smoothies with plenty of liquids. Only used it for making fruit smoothies.

We aren’t keen on the price of a vitamix and previously had the osler versa
I have paid the extra for a refurbished vitamix which i am very pleased with hey its a vitamix after all and have returned this blender

It has a good automatic fuse mechanism which will turn it off if you put it under too much strain but this has only happened once since i first got it
