Pros

The caprylic acid gives me enery and improves mental clarity. One piece of advice that i've seen repeated in the literature is to ease into it to allow your body to adjust and tolerate it.

Love the purity, and that it is not blended with c6. They give me that extra bump in energy when i need them too! It is what i expected in a clean pure c8 coconut oil.

This is the third or fourth company's mct oil capsules that i have tried, most of the previous not being pure c8 but a combination of c8 and c10. They are very similar to omega 3 pills so they are easy to *.

Cons

It is very annoying to contend with this every morning. My conscience says to share this information and not order this product again.

When you pour it out, it drips down the side of the bottle. Amazon never checked that it was sanitary. Please work on updating the lid/pour spout.
