Pros

Magnet works great, but not too strong that it's hard to get off the dishwasher to flip it. It really holds up and looks great on my dishwasher. My granddaughter is in charge of loading and unloading it.

Bought this as a stocking stuffer. Kept one for myself and gifted the other as a christmas gift to a fellow office fan. Looks decent quality wise and affordable compared to the others.

Heavy and sticks well. Great level of magnetism. I have no issues, it stays on. Now i have a backup or a giftable one.

Comes with 2 magnets. Comes as pictured. Fortunately, the pack comes with two, but still. It comes with 2 other magnets as well, which you can attach your own photo to if you would like!

Great quality, image. Highly recommend. This magnet is great.

Cons

It keeps sliding off my dishwasher. It is so stuck on there that the only way to get it off was with a knife and a ton of pressure.
