I remember my mom telling us a couple times he had to let developers know that he could not work on their projects because they were using inferior materials and it wasnt fair to the people who would eventually buy the homes

I rated it a 4 only because it did not come with any instructions not even a picture which made it a little more difficult to install

I am so happy i was able to turn my tub into a shower finally without major cost and remodeling or losing the orginal clawfoot tub itself

I had to return it because it was too big for my bathroom area from tub to ceiling

Note one of the reviewers here noted that they recd the wrong tube length for one of the parts
