The flaw is that the wooden sides which slot together have nothing to fix them to each other and to the wagon except four small metal extensions of the frame which are simply slotted into the chassis so if a person tries to pick it up by the temptingly shaped handle hole in the back section the whole lot comes off

To get the wagon which is quite weighty up a step it has to be picked up from the underneath of the chassis

The one thing i took a while to grasp is that the little white plastic shim with the 2 holes in it is intended to go over the bottom of the steering assembly before you place the retaining pin through otherwise the retaining pin falls out

The wheels are held on by friction grip head things which are very difficult to get off again if you make a mistake in assembly
