Cons

The sound is terrible, and the plastic covering over the quick dial panel comes off each time you press the *. There was terrible static from the start. Sometimes works but most times the loud noise makes it impossible to continue the call.

The phone is a noticeably cheap product. I hardly ever leave reviews, but this phone is completely overpriced. It most certainly is not! This phone is junk.
