I mixed it with white conditioner and saturated my dry hair starting with the roots then left it on for about 30 mins

The color grabbed on to my natural african american coily hair and its been bright and beautiful for a few weeks so far
I have dark brown hair with some balayage highlights and the flamingo pink turned out amazing
