The audiobook is read by chris ryan himself and is wonderful to listen to especially if you are a listener of tangentially speaking

His use of profanity throughout the book is unnecessary and unprofessional in my opinion but the content of his arguments makes up for it in most cases

Because of this his arguments come across as biased and unbalanced but theyre definitely eyeopening and thoughtprovoking in regards to how far weve strayed from the lifestyle that humans previously lived for tens of thousands of years

After glazing through some of these reviews i just finished the book it is clear that the folks that wrote negative reviews did not either carefully read the book or havent read all of it
