There is only one real problem and that is the tipping hazard

When the drop leaf of the table is up the bottom of the swingout leg does not touch the floor

There is about a threeinch gap between the bottom of the leg and the floor

This makes the whole table wildly unstable and liable to tip if any pressure is put on the dropleaf portion of the table top
