Tums is the fastest acting calcium. No cramps. Good price and dosage.

Cons

Even the description tends to avoid informing consumers that it is not calcium citrate. Titanium dioxide is not safe for human consumption as european scientists. Many of the other additives are also bad for your small intestines and gut line.
