Pros

These are a breeze to take, and competitively priced. They are pretty smooth too, not rough.

Calcium citrate is better absorbed by the body than calcium carbonate. The smaller size is great and easy to *. I try to get my calcium from my diet as that's healthiest for hearts and the rest of the body.

They have a good coating that stays intact while i’m trying to * them. Much safer for swallowing.

Cons

These calcium pills have propylene glycol in them. Imo, it's not something i want to randomly ingest for no reason. This really irritates me.

These are not petite. Petites labeling is deceptive. They are hard to *, hardly the advertised easy to *.

I have used citrical for a while it’s great i love the petite it’s easier to swallow

The nature made calcium 600 mg with vitamin d3 was huge and uncoated and it kept getting stuck in my throat
