Pros

Though it's a literal pain to * it’s very good at getting my levels back to normal. Pills are largish but slender so easy to *. Have a full glass of water.

Very good supplement. Recommended by my endocrinologist to keep my osteopenia in check.

Calcium tablets contain no magnesium, which is a plus. Calcium plays a crucial role in cardiac, nerve and other health functions. These are nice quality calcium tablets.

No changes. However, these pills are too large for me to *. I’ve never had issues swallowing pills before, but i can’t say it enough-this pill is too big.
