Ide connectors where already connected i had to remove these and replace with the others provided

Unfortunately the usb lead wouldnt hold a connection for more than a few seconds

It was then too much hassle to remove everything and box it up to return so i have a box which works with my old lead

Very annoying as i cant use both boxes at the same time to transfer data between them but returning stuff is a hassle

Someone else commented the same problem and they bought another lead not sure how to contact the company direct to ask for a lead
