Cisco sr224 24port 10100 switch 13inch chassis actually received a linksys sr224 24port 10100 switch 13inch with a sticker that says you can upgrade to cisco chassis

Ports would just go dead and id have to switch the cable at that port to another open port

I called support serveral times and spoke with different technicians but no one could get the switch to work correctly on those dead ports
