Quality is as good as i expected
Very good quality pan cooks very well non stick does what it promises very nice to clean also thank you
I have always liked the quality of circulon and i am in the process of changing to the infinte range
And like any quality cookware do not put it in the dishwasher

I thoroughly recommend the range of circulon pans and you hardly need to use any oil to commence cooking
I have many pieces of circulon infinite and this is now a firm favourite
Replaced a circulon pan from the professional range after a number of years of use of hard use
Ive been a le creuset fan for years but between this and my other circulon pans i suspect my loyalties may have changed

Taken by surprise when we took delivery as its shaped more like a wok than the completely flat based pan we had anticipated having seen the images on the website

Really great saucepan ive tryed all the rest and non stick becomes totally stuck circulon they are just made like they used to make em and are future proof look forward to useing their products and creating gastronomic magic

One thing to note like all nonstick please dont put these in the dishwasher if you want them to last for years

It took me a while searching for the right pans as i have been disappointed before and wanted something that would last and not stick

A detachable or shorter handle would also have been a boon so that the whole thing could fit in a standardsized oven

I got frustrated with the stella wok i was using previously it always left a burnt patch on the bottom of the pan but the circulon is perfect the non stick is not like ordinary non stick its more like its part of the metal and not just stuck on top of the metal

The heat is perfectly distributed and in fact its quite hard to burn or even char food inside it
