Pros
Stainless steel encapsulated in the aluminium base ensures that all types of hob can be used. Suitable for induction hobs. Great for small pancake, omelette, or pre frying garlic.
Flat base increases convective cooling of the handle. Pan heats very quickly and cooks evenly. Heat distributes evenly.
The non-stick coating inside the base is reckoned to be one of the most durable in the trade. The handle is fastened on really well. Works fabulously on my induction hop.
As always an excellent and trusted brand. Good weight and shape. Well worth the price.
This is clever and stylish. It’s a pan that is of excellent quality, consistent and dependable.
Cons

Be careful not to use any sharp knives as you will scratch the coating

Competitiveness
I have many circulon products and they are all excellent
This is a welcome addition to my three other circulon pans
A low heat as advised is all needed as the heat distribution is excellent as with all circulon products you get what you pay for
I dont think ill ever own a non circulon pan again

I bought it in a two piece deal but the other pan never arrived so i returned this one

I was tempted to keep it but couldnt justify it and i have two already not to mention no where to store it

I must just suggest checking the size is adequate though as this size is quite small
