Had sound issues from my projector into my soundbar

It hooked up to their hdtv without issue but they wanted to also hook the sound system to it for music

Well the only available port on the soundbar was optical audio and the sound system ancient only outputs on it happened to be speaker wire

From the beginning it would make a pretty good thwunk noise in speakers when power was applied or disconnected

Plenty of inputs but could not enable available analog ports for my device even after extensive discussions w mfg tech support
