Pros & Cons
Pros
It helps hold your lower back in place so you can focus more on remaining straight rather than slowly falling into the slouching trap. It enables me to stay upright without pain. It stops me from slumping and basically reminds me to sit up straight.
This is a high quality support and well priced for it's performance. As for the functionality, i use it for back support, and it works great for my lower and slight mid-back. This seems sturdy, looks as if it ought to last for several years with good ... Read More
The shoulder straps are the tightest that they will go. The straps are adjusted with a plastic buckle type. The strap under the arm rubs a little but i wear a leotard and it helps the rubbing.
Cincher helps stabilize and support your back. Great for lower back pain and backache. Best back brace i've ever used.
Cons
The elastic on this brace is so strong, that a man cannot pull on it and get it to move very far. It's also bulky. If trying on counts for non-hygienic, then no-returns accepted.
