I spoke to an amazon rep and told her my issue she wanted me to send it all back so they can send me an exchange but i told her that i didnt want to send it back that i would keep it and she surprised me when she said that they would refund all my money back and to keep the product i actually asked her if she was serious and she said as a heart attack lol
