Tried lot of otc meds and ointments went to the doctor a couple of times was prescribed gtn which seemed to have helped bring the throbbing pain down a few notches but after nearly 6 weeks progress stalled

I then stumbled across these went to my doctor and got antibiotics as someone else in the comments suggested that healing was delayed due to an infection
