Generally works well biggest issue is getting them to stickif you need to put them somewhere they’ll get a lot of movement or contact or that gets sweaty you’ll have a really hard time getting them to stay in place

In an ideal location you can easily get 5 days of wear before they get too funkytrying to wash and reuse them is futile i tried it so you don’t have to
