The buildings looked nice but after moving in everything started falling apart in the unit the walls were paper thin the building wasnt insulated something they really wouldnt care about or fix since you pay all your utilities on top of your 1000 rent

It would be cheaper to pay the mortgage on a 200000 house every month than to live at any marquette managed property
