The handel bar is adjustable and just push in the metal button and set it to its height and the button will lock into place and keep the handle bars from pulling out or sliding down

The wheels are solid rubberplastic material and will work good on the sidewalk and not wear out and they spin freely and also when they are going around the wheels also light up

The brake is an acquired taste but the same as on other scooters on the rear tire via a pedal back there
