The second was that the swing lock for the neck is way to tight of a fit that when you go to undo it to remove thwe guitar your rip the pin out of the entire stand

You have to make sure you catch the 2nd set inside the base rod or the piece will sag and not be sturdy

It does twist around still but i believe that is made like that to accommodate different shapes of instruments like if you had a vshaped guitar and one end was lower than the other the y base would allow you to cradle it properly

On the last piece you have to make sure the u piece is tighten up and straight with the bottom or it becomes unstable and could potentially harm your instrument by twisting around and causing it to drop

Only bad thing i have to say about it besides the strong odor when first unboxing the stand is the foam coverings are slightly inconsistent

On another the foam was too short and left a gap between itself and the end piece which caused me to think that the end wasnt all the way on

The assembly is a bit annoying as the bottom cradle has to be put in through the post then twisted
