Now this doesnt affect its performance but it does make a sching sound every time you pick it up off the counter or cutting board as if to remind you what youve got in your hand

I would have stuck with my global but ive gotten too used to using 10 knives at work and the global just feels too small now

The handle is comfortable to hold and use almost always but on large dense items that i really have to work to cut the handle isnt as comfortable as some that are larger
