Indicated in the online description as light roast and shown as such on the roasting label on the package the contents are definitely dark roast and all i can taste is the dark roast bitterness not the flavor notes of caramel butter crunch

Again full of flavor and yes we would order again for the price i had to pay for it i would think that the flavor would be much better than less expensive coffees
