If you are familiar with the series these are quick visits with familiar characters
Despite this i was able to follow along quite well with the characters and storylines
Unfortunately i only skimmed through the other stories in the book as i am not familiar with the other authors

Death by christmas scarf was initially a bit hard to get into for me but that was almost assuredly because of my lack of familiarity with the characters

The only thing that continued to strike me a bit odd by the end of the story was how i felt that each time a new chapter started there was a time jump without any connective tissue to the end of the previous chapter

Im not sure how to better explain that but it left me as a reader somehow disjointed for a moment before getting back into the storyline
