Pros
Well written, a joy to read. You are able to continue reading buy purchasing the other book's that go along with it.
The ending is not really an ending, but not a cliff hanger either. The christmas connection isn't overly blatant. It ducks you in from the very beginning and leaves you with wanting more.

The main female character in my opinion was wimpy whining about not getting to go to certain things because she was a danger to everyone

Then her excuse about not telling the other members of the group her background and special powers was lame guess well read about them in the next book

Good narrative and plot but this was a teaser for the next book as there is not a real ending and lots of loose ends
