Pros
These are sooo much better than the ones with the chocolates in them. Great size and print quality is very good. Love the illustrations and charm. Sturdy construction and thick cardstock quality.
The pictures always depict some cozy, quaint little town or scene. A wintry colonial village with sparkly snow and scenes of villagers caroling. Truly an old fashioned advent calendar with a traditional christmas surprise picture each day.
Doors are not flimsy at all. Got one for each grandkid to hang in their bedroom. Can be used as a wall decoration, or free standing.
Cons
It's rather offensive that this company is foisting a bad product on unsuspecting customers. The pictures behind the windows are like, the image behind a cloud in the sky is a family chopping down a tree. A disappointing design.

The issue in question is that yes some of the pictures behind the doors do not make sense with where they are on the calendar

As other people have noted there were pictures of trees in the clouds and things like that behind some doors which are incongruous and which don’t make any sense

The artwork on this advent calendar is beautiful but the calendar is very thin cardboard and is difficult to display because it doesnt fold out or have a pull out stand
