Amazon sells the adapters and i could have ordered one with the blade if they had told me

As good as the forrest blade is the miter saw just wasnt powerful enough to handle it

I tried different materials pine cherry oak maple clamping cutting speed slowly lower the head of the saw and waiting for they blade to cool after each cut but could not get consistent angles

No mention of the bore in the amazon description i was surprised and had to make a 45 minute round trip to the dewalt factory service shop for an adapter

Amazon sells adapters from multiple suppliers and most of the prices are outrageous for what is essentially a precision machined washer
