    When it came in the box the rope was coiled up and had to be wet with water and hung from my stairs to straighten the rope out

    The one complaint is the rust visible on the crude clamp inside the handles

    Crude because its nothing more than a boltwasher bent over itself trapping the cord

    Since none of this is visible from the outside however its a minor point worth mentioning only as a hint to the manufacturer use a stainlesssteel washer for a few cents more and avoid an unpleasant review
