Some more changes i have noticedsleeping better waking up more alert i sleep off normal hours and always wake up groggyi seem to be having fewer issues with asthmasugar cravings are gone but i am a bored eater so i still eat it anyway but its effects on me are stunted sugar makes me euphoricalcohol seems to not affect me as much as it used to i almost dont want it ditto for friendly grasses coni dont seem to need my morning cup of coffee though i work 2nd shift and drink it because its a break at workmy brain used to run in circles all the time and i have found a new ability to focu
