Pros

Chloe is one of my favorite cookbook authors. I make chloe's pancakes from other books all the time, because you can make a meal when your fridge is empty. Love this cookbook.

Almost every recipe has instructions to make it gluten-free. Even if you make a mistake, add or substitute ingredients, it will still be delicious! All using common grocery store ingredients.

This is her first hardback book and it couldn't be more gorgeous. You really can't go wrong with this book, it is definitely a staple in our house. This one is just as awsome the rest.

This recipe is already beloved by me, my boyfriend, my sister, and my brother-in-law and none of us are vegans. This food is tastier and healthier than any non-vegan food. A treasure trove of new vegan options.
