The only issue i had was that it should be charged up before tempting to pair once i charged the holder and the earbuds all paired seamlessly

I also own another pair of earbuds that i paid a lot of money for but while those are good earbuds for my phone i couldnt make them work properly with my chromebook

The earbuds sound great and feel secure when using them
