When it first came it was not very full

There was one problem though and this is where their customer support comes into play when i went to add more foam i discovered there was a manufacturing defect and the zipper had been sewn on insideout

After contacting their support via email they replied back that day and asked for a picture explaining the problem which i provided

The interior zipper is broken and also locked

Therefore i am not able to get inside the bean bag to break up the pieces that are still stuck together or remove the cardboard pieces that i can feel inside of the filling

Very disappointed that there would be any cardboard pieces in the filling but you can feel it

So since im so happy with it i feel like i have to toss in my two cents i didnt experience any of the issues detailed in other complaints

The foam broke apart with a bit of effort i think it only took about ten minutes of breakingrolling before it was basically full size
