A lot of people complain that it doesnt warm up to or cool down to the advertised temperatures but if they were to check the water temperature in the system nd not the bed they will find it is the correct temperature

The thing is it warms or cools your body after you get into bed and lay on the water tubes it doesnt warm the bed like a electric blanket
