The material though plastic is clear so you can see out of the goggles clearly

Even so after the initial use periods there are still gaps under the frame either side of the nose and at the edges of the mask pictured

We are yet to test that out though as my little boy is just using these goggles with his toy toolkit for imaginative play pretending to be a builder

They stay in place keep the fog out as the bottom panels are perforated and they are quite scratchresistant not that we bash them about
