Cons
The plastic piece the wand connects to that then connects it to the sliding line busted immediately. The plastic vertical slats break easily where they attach. It gets stuck when sliding.
You cannot use the slider to slide the blinds back, they just get stuck. Much of the paperwork you get from the company says to contact them directly for any replacement parts. Item arrived damaged, blinds are flimsy and not worth the money.
The valence is cheap and shakey. This is ridiculous. Buyer beware with chicology.
Arrived with broken and chipped leavers. Thank god for the refund policy. It's a hassle to send back (we've been stuck with ours) and voila, you're out $75 bucks and get the pleasure of tossing it in the trash.

Surprisingly cutting it was so easy to do and it definitely didn’t ruin the quality

What we did is cut the blinds because it’s too long

The unit has only been installed for a few weeks and the control rod’s hook snapped while closing the blind the other day

Kinda flimsy some of the slats started to split where they attached to the sliding device but when closed it was very dark in the room
