Pros
Chickens are secure and know predators will be kept out. This product is great for keeping the coop secure. This saves me time every morning and evening.
Works flawlessly, and makes chicken keeping so much easier. Battery life is super. Not an issue since installation. Good battery life too.
Automatic coop door openers are a godsend. Took 1 minute lierally to install. Easy to install and program.
Cons
This really is an overpriced gadget for what it does. To sell cheaper, they on purposely block the pin. Stay away from this over priced and poorly designed product.

I installed it at least 5 months ago and the same batteries are still going

The only critical issue is making sure the string is pulling straight up and not at an angle so the door doesn’t get cocked

Keep it clear from any degree the chickens might kick in the doorway

It might be a good idea to add some kind of an overhanging protector for the unit if you can’t put it inside the coop such as i did with a plastic container
